On a wonderfully bright day, the 28th March 2015, Kate and Martin chose to get married at Warren House in the heart of Richmond, just a stone’s throw from Richmond Park. This beautiful and imposing Victorian manor house is an incredible wedding venue, and served as the perfect backdrop for the happy couple’s wedding photography.
Kate made a truly beautiful bride, opting for a floor length, slim fitting ivory gown covered in beautiful organza roses and with an unusual scalloped hem, teamed with a sheer chiffon bolero. She chose to wear her hair in a chic chignon up ‘do and carried a beautiful hand tied bouquet of bold cream and blue blooms. The groom and his groomsmen looked very dapper in matching navy blue suits teamed with crisp white shirts and paisley patterned blue ties, complete with coordinating handkerchiefs.
In keeping with the sophisticated style of the wedding venue, the couple arrived in style in a gorgeous vintage Rolls Royce. For their wedding breakfast they chose to decorate simply, allowing the decadence and beauty of the venue to take centre stage. With its oversized chandeliers, grand staircase, and the ornate gilded details on the walls of the reception room, the venue really did do all the talking in helping to make this wedding day as special as possible. The overall feel of the wedding was both sophisticated and fun, reflecting the wonderful personalities of the couple themselves.
The couple choose to have two photographers at their big day to ensure that their wedding photography was perfect, and every special moment was captured. I was delighted to work as the second photographer to Maria and play such an important role in this truly wonderful wedding day.
If you are looking for Warren House Wedding photography and would like to work with a wedding photographer who has photographed the venue before, and would love to do so again, then why not get in touch?
